Malgudi Days is an Indian television series based on the works of R.K. Narayan. The series was directed by Kannada actor and director, Shankar Nag and Carnatic musician L. Vaidyanathan composed the score. R. K Narayan's brother and acclaimed cartoonist R. K. Laxman was the sketch artist. The series was made in 1986 by film producer T. S. Narasimhan with Anant Nag as the lead actor.
Thirty-nine episodes of Malgudi Days were telecast on Doordarshan over three seasons, starting in 1986. The first season was simultaneously made in English and in Hindi. Subsequent seasons were made in Hindi, and have been dubbed into other languages. It was re-telecast on Doordarshan and later on Sony Entertainment Television, and Maa Television in Telugu. This television series was shot entirely near Agumbe in Shimoga District, Karnataka.
In 2004, the project was revived with film-maker Kavitha Lankesh replacing Shankar Nag as director. The new series of fifteen episodes was telecast from April 26, 2006 on Doordarshan.
Teri Meri Love Stories is an anthology series of 90 minute telefilms promoted as a "collection of assorted love stories" which premiered on August 11, 2012 on Star Plus. The series airs at weekends and features actors such as Shilpa Anand, Karan Singh Grover, Jennifer Winget, Karan Wahi, Shaheer Sheikh, Anita Hassanandani, Dimple Jhangiani, Gautam Rode Eijaz Khan and Avinash Sachdev.

Office Office is an Indian Hindi-language television sitcom that premiered on SAB TV on September 3, 2001. The series starrs Bollywood film actor Pankaj Kapoor in the role of Mussadilal. The series has won the 'Best Comedy' award at the 'RAPA Awards' in 2001 and 2002.
Zee Horror Show is a TV series presented by Ramsay Brothers on Zee TV in the period 1993-1998. Ramsay Brothers were famous in Bollywood for churning out low budget horror films in the 70s and 80s. In 1993, they turned their interest towards Indian Television. Zee Horror Show was a very popular program in the 90s. It featured short stories in the form of 4 to 5 episodes, each one based on suspense and horror. The first episode was titled "Dastak" which was telecast in 1993 & featured Pankaj Dheer and Archana Puran Singh in the lead.
One of the episodes, "Jeevan Mrityu", based on dowry system gained so much popularity that it was re-telecast on popular public demand. Another episode called "Raat" with Javed Khan as the lead, is till date remembered for its performances. Its story was adapted from the hollywood classic 'Dr.jekyll and Mr. hyde'. One other episode called "chehre pe chehra" again with Javed Khan as the lead on popular demand was telecasted many times over on Zee Cafe. Some other episodes were also inspired from cult Hollywood films like Tehkhana from Evil Dead,Dehshat from Fright Night & Gudiya from Child's Play.

Bharat Ek Khoj is a 53-episode Indian historical drama based on the book The Discovery of India by Jawaharlal Nehru, that dramatically unfolds the 5000 year history of India from its beginnings to the coming of independence in 1947. The drama was directed, written and produced by Shyam Benegal with cinematographer V. K. Murthy in 1988 for state-owned Doordarshan. Benegal's regular script collaborator Shama Zaidi also co-wrote the script.
Aahat is an Indian thriller/horror television series shown on Sony Entertainment Television. The first three seasons were broadcast on Saturdays only, at 10 p.m. IST. The fourth season was broadcast on Fridays and Saturdays at 11 p.m. IST which ended on June 26, 2010. The fifth season was broadcast from June 28, 2010, to November 16, 2010, every Monday to Thursday at 10:30 p.m. IST.
The show presents two ghost stories each week. Each story focuses on a different aspect of paranormal activity, such as ghosts, zombies, phantoms, undead persons, possessed objects and witches and wizards. Canadian actor, Remi Kaler, worked in this series in 1999 and 2000.
Aahat was first shot in 1994 as a suspense thriller, and began broadcasts in 1996. After about 40 episodes with the same theme, one episode with asupernatural theme was made and when audiences for the series rose sharply, it made the switch.
